Help me decide which one.

I bought a small ozone generator to deal with lingering odors like that. Cheap from Amazon, works great. I had some water ingress in my Cobra that got the carpet wet and used it quite a bit to deal with some mildew. Ran it through our Armada interior air intake and freshened it up. Works on stinking shoes too. It's now $15 more than it was a year ago.

I purchased a small spray freshener at the parts store and sprayed into the cowl area..

I've used those before. They do work. Not always on the first try.
This truck originated in Texas. I imagine the hot weather and running the A/C all the time, some condensation may have accumulated.

I was thinking the same thing. I have two ozone generators. One will do a 3000 sq ft house. The other is more for liquids.

There is still the problem of the water stain on the headliner. And what appears to be a rubbed off area where you would step to get into the driver's seat.
