HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I was trying to install some hyper white license plate led and when i tried to start my truck all i hear is a clicking sound. I have a 98 ford explorer sport. I unhooked the leds and i still get the click sound when i start the truck someone please help me.

Sounds like you have run the battery down. Maybe you shorted something out? Not to worry. Hook a battery charger to it for a couple of hours, then set the charger to "starting" mode and crank her up!
