Help me to fix leaking coolant

Hello,
I have a problem. When I turn on air conditioning, coolant leaks from the the hole of a bolt (see a red circle).

I bolted it again,but it is not perfect.

The coolant comes out again from the tiny small hole of the bolt.

I want to know how to fix and know a name if I buy the unit.

That's the heater core water flow control valve. Replace it.

Today, I replaced heater control valve .
