I currently have an amp in my house! ( I know how to power it) it is a car stereo amp. I m trying to hook up a car subwoofer to my receiver. I hooked the L+ and the R- to the subwoofer on the bridge and hooked the high input to the hifis on the reciever. But all that comes out is little bass and lyrics. I want the subwoofer strictly for bass so it gets a lot of power. any ideas? I am also looking for some xtra equipment because im in dire need! im broke, anything works subs, amps, even just speaker wire! i need it all, if u have some solutions to any of these two probs lets hear some ideas! I have pics and everything if needed!

how did you connect the audio cables. i assume you have a sub out on your receiver.
you would have to have an rca plug that went from 1 plug...the sub out... to two..L-R in on the amp.
i think you need the signal on both channels on the amp to get the full power out of it.
how quiet is it anyway?

hi

it is very quiet and it has vocals coming out, i connected the high input to the hifi, then iconnected the bridge to the subwoofer, and i have the power going.....any extra equipment guys? i used very low gauge wire!
