Help, Name this part - Off of Master Cylinder

Hey guys, my brakes have been sluggish for some time so I decided to replace my Master Cylinder assuming this would fix the problem. I installed the new MC after bench bleeding and the problem got much worse. I tried bleeding all 4 brakes and I get constant air in the lines. After much frustration I noticed a tiny leak coming off the Master Cylinder. I don’t even know what to call this part. I’m looking for the name and a part # if you got one.

Got it, Proportioning Valve! still working on a part # though. I think it's XL2Z-2C161-AA
