I took my 1999 Explorer in to have the blower motor replaced due to a premature death. Everything worked as it should for about 6 months and now when the fan is on the air only comes out the defrost area. It sounds like maybe they didn't connect a vac hose too securely and it popped off...agree? Can someone provided a step by step procedure for getting to the vac hose area so I can check it out? Thanks in advance.
