Help on changing the engine block

I finally have the time to change my engine block but I need some help. I don't know the motor mount locations, i know where two are though, I have all the equipment I will need, but I'm looking for tips on removing and reinstalling the engine. Like things i should check for and replace and a how to and what no to do for this job. Please help

o yea, one more thing guys, i wanna put in a short block, any tips on that? i want to get some serious power to match the mean look to my slammed truck

it kinda helps, wish i knew swedish, lol......how different is the 1995 to 2001 explorer from the 01 to 03 sport?
