while replacing my radius arm bushings ( both sides) ,we ran into issues on the passenger side ..Instead of using heat to loosen off the nut ..my friend used BRUTE force, oopppss, , ended up snaapping the threaded rod..which i then welded back together..
I have since bought a used radius arm and am now ready to replace...Does anyone know the best and quickest route to go about this...?? It`s for the passenger side..
So lesson learned , I don`t have FRIENDS help with anymore repairs...No matter what,,
:nono:

No quick way to do it......
I replaced one of mine about a year ago...Coilspring and shock must be removed..

Remove the sway bar bolt, loosen the two nuts underneath, lower the coil spring all the way down to the floor (with a jack), remove top nut and bottom bolt, use an air chisel or brute force to push/pry the arm off the axle. It'll probably be rusted on.
