okay i disscussed it in detail with my wife and she has what i think is the solution. first oxi-clean did not work because its primary strength is on "organic stains" you need something to cut the inorganic stuff as it is acting liek a die. obviously bleach would not be an option but soemthing with a similar catalyst. the last step that i can think to tell you to try is.... Greased Lightning! soudns weird but they make it in a spray bottle and it takes just about anything out of anything. im talking grease on my jeans after swappingthe tranny came out with this stuff. its go to work. if not you might have to do what my mom did in her mazda 929. go to the dealership (only a few have this service) and they can redie secitons of your interior to stock. she had the whole rear floorboard area redone for around $200 if im not mistaken. its been a few years though. i think that they actually bleach it first then redie it all to ensure eveness.
go fo rthe greased lightning first. walmart has it and the autopart store has a version of it as well.
