HELP ... Squeaking???

2003 Sport Trac XLT
It is a 2003 XLT 4x4 and has about 55,000 miles. Is the squeaking coming from the belt or is it the harmonic balancer??? There is a slight wobble.

Most likely it is coming from the idler pulley. You can't lube it, you just have to buy a new one, although as I recall they don't cost much.
