Help!!! Suggestions and Recommendations

Hi everyone,
Im new to the explorer side but not the Ford family. So let me start my thanks to all in advance. Now, for the fun part, I have a 2013 X. I bought the car used, and I really do like it. I have 3 problems that hopefully someone can help me with. First, I noticed the forward camera was tilted to the driver side, so I took it to a windshield shop. Now, everything worked prior. My most concern is the rain sensing wipers. Anyway they pulled my rear view mirror and found the bracket was loose and not glued on properly (aftermarket windshield) they pulled the sensor of including the gel pack after 3 different shops bracket is on new used sensor new gel pack no rain sensor wipers at least not like they where. Second, I have a popping sound from the passenger side (new Monroe Qiuk Struts less than 1wk old). Third, the active cruise control is intermittent, and finally, can someone tell me what the wires in the pic are for the first shop may have pulled the off? I'm not sure, though, if they put them on right

You mentioned the rain-sensing wipers not working as before but didn't say what the problem is. As for the intermittent ACC, have you checked to ensure the radar unit isn't blocked or loose? It is located in the area of the white dot in the picture. I'm not sure what the 3rd picture is. Rain-sensing component?

You mentioned the rain-sensing wipers not working as before but didn't say what the problem is. As for the intermittent ACC, have you checked to ensure the radar unit isn't blocked or loose? It is located in the area of the white dot in the picture. I'm not sure what the 3rd picture is. Rain-sensing component?

Good news the rain sensor is fixed. I had to put 2 gel pads together and as for the wires that connect to the windshield, the first shop had them reversed. As for the ACC it's not blocked as far as I can tell... got to get to it and see if it's loose or not
