Im confused o clicked it slid in i didnt here any clicks it was hard to get in while on your back on ground without spilling all trans fluid so when it slid in we thought it was fine it was still able to spini had to spin it to get the bolts to line up
I never installed a TC with the trans in the air , I always seated the TC into the trans and used Styrofoam cut into wedge/Pie shapes to keep it seated while installing the trans , the Styrofoam just shreds up inside the bell housing and normally falls out the bottom holes , If the TC was not seated it could have damaged the pump bushing and pump when spinning , Hate to say it , But It Probably needs to get pulled back out and checked .
