HELP!! Where is the blower resister???

Alright guys...I'm in the middle or replacing the resister. Where is it?? I can't seem to find it. Here's a pic I took. Just click on it and tell me where it is. Thanks very very much!!!!

I think you'll find it under that insulation on the right of the blower motor.
