Help With Egr

on the EGR tube of my 98 there is 2 small tubes that run to a small black part just under the IAC cont. could some one please tell me what this part is called mine has 1 vac hose going to it and it looks like the other is melted off i need to replace this.

Can u just replace the hose?

I would check an auto parts store before you pay out the big bucks at the dealer.

I would not get the parts store one. I got one from autozone (they had to order it) and it died in about a year and a half. Got the OE one from fast parts network and its still working 2 or 3 years later. That was the updated one though. Your 98 probably has the updated version already.
