1) I recommend having the fogs on a separate circuit alltogether, but:
2) Your headlight bulb has 3 wires. The middle is the "ground" and either side are the low and high beams. Just get a cheapo ciruit tester and determine which is which. I know on my 96 they were opposite of what one of my wiring diagrams said.

i believe the color codes for the wires is in the little blue owners manual that comes with the truck......i seen it in mine the other day
