Wanted help with my 93 explore

ive flushed burperd changed fluid and after 2 weeks still rust comes out and radoitor boils truck dose not over heat alltho with air condishing car will over heat

Fan clutch - When engine is hot, shut it off and see how easy it is to turn the fan by hand. It it turns easily, your fan clutch is shot.

Thermostat - Recently replaced? Installing backwards will do this.

Cooling system general cleanliness - A properly flushed system should not show rust immediately.

Has anyone to your knowledge used large amounts of stopleak additive in the cooling system? If so, you may have a clogged radiator.
