Help with shocks/struts

Wow I didn't even notice that.. so what would be a good shock for the front?

From what I've read the rear 58617 load assist shocks tend to be somewhat firm. DO NOT use the conventional SensaTrac's, very soft and a mismatch. The Rancho RS5374 fronts are designed for lifted trucks and may be perfect

Did you try to see if KYB outlet ships in Canada?

Also check the shocks store in Canada
They have only the rears monotubes. The fronts they have (Excel-G) is actually OE.

And... I don't think your XL has the fifth shock. Here, AFAIK, is only installed on V8.
PS: I never saw an XL in US. Only XLT.

XL is the same thing as an XLS. Base model.
I prefer the XL, even though it didn't come with much, it doesn't have the ugly side steps, instead has a nice running board across.

I do have a fifth shock, lol. Of course.
I'm happy with my shock set up.

And, sensa trac load adjusts for the front? I don't think that's a good idea with the top shock mounts..
