Help With Sony Headunit Popping Noise

I just installed a Sony CDX-MP40 HU in my 1994 Explorer Sport. I used a harness which uses the RCA preouts of the HU with the factory Ford amplifier. I love the HU, except that every time I change the track, change the album, or change the radio station, I hear an audible pop. I have no idea what this is from. I know other people have used this HU before and I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I would appreciate any help.

Nice choice Check your connections, I sometimes get a small pop while driving, but I was too lazy to buy some solder when installing it, so I'm sure that's the reason. I LOVE this HU and the tray is awesome! Maybe this is just a problem they have?

It's not the connections, I made sure to solder and tape them carefully. Plus, it only happens when I change tracks, change stations, etc. But I do agree that for the price, this is a heck of a head unit.
