After completely removing the torsion adjustment bolts I noticed it's still sitting higher than the back, which has 2" drop blocks installed, any ideas on how to level it out?

Takes driving to settle to the new lowered ride height. Measure first and find some large speed bumps or curbs to speed things up.

It's been 3 days and my area doesn't have the smoothest of roads, last time I measured the front was about 5" from wheel well to tire tread and the back was about 4"

Then you may need lowering keys or a torsion key flip. Install camber kits and check alignment, dropping causes negative toe out.

Also make sure the bump stops are not preventing you from going any lower. You may also need to trim them for adequate travel.
