Help!!!!!

I have a 2006 Mountaineer and i need some help. I want to "beef" it up but i don't know where to start. I would like to possibly lift and put a cattle guard on the front with KC lights. Suggestions would be a greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. That would be a good look with the lift. Let me know if you need help beefing up the stereo system.
