Hey from Nevada City, CA looking for some good avise

Hello my name is Ryan ive been following this site for about three years now and am looking to become an active participant in the site. I got a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT im in love with. But in early july the front of my IFS hit a rock and tore through my IFS and through my front axle :roll: . So I cried but soon im picking up another explorer to do a frame swap with because the front end is gone. (Ill post pics of the axle and IFS as soon as i found how) But anyways im looking for advise on the frame swap and was wondering how hard it would be without a Shop Lift. Any responces would be great.

How do i post on the main part of the sitE? and also i picked up a 96 explorer for $500 dollars but i think the engine is siezed.... such a pitty.. Well anyways will the frame be the same on the 2000 and the 96 and is their a way from adapting from AWD to 4WD?
