Hi everyone, glad to be here. I have a '91 Sport, am going all out on it. I have probably dropped about $3K so far. I am sort of a perfectionist, especially when it comes to cars, lol. I look forward to sharing and learning info with ya'll. :exporange

Welcome to the site, there is no shortage of ideas and information around here to help you spend your money thats for sure! As far as "going all out" what are your plans, we've got people lowering, Speed freaks, Lifting etc, what direction are you taking?

welcome. so what have you dropped 3K on so far?

Thanks guys! Right now the truck's destiny is still in the air, I am not sure what I am going to do with it. It is a 2wd Auto, and I really am wanting a 4wd 5 speed so I can lift it up. Right now I have been getting everything fixed up, this baby runs like a dream now, and everything works (now).
The only mods I have done non-oem is a Flowmaster catback, Pro-comp Rockcrawlers, bug guard and ventvisors, and limo tint. I usually fix about two things a week to pass the time, this weekend it was the passenger mirror, (froze up) and a 600 amp battery, ( sound system was eating up the old one, Lol), and I recovered the headliner and sunroof panel.
I have done a lot of work under the hood,(my favorite) but I have not had to break into the block yet, which is pretty amazing for all the miles on it. The entire cooling system had to be replaced, all except for the block and the radiator hoses, and that was pretty much why I got a good deal, $1,100.
The fuel pump was making a horrible groaning noise when ever the pump would prime, had to replace it twice, got a bad pump the first go round. There was a few more odds and ends to fix under the hood, steering pump leaked like a sift, got new shaft seal and return hose for it, hasnt leaked a drop since.
I do all my own work, I guess I am too cheap to take it to a mechanic, lol.
