Hello I am new to the forum.I am in the UK and have a 99 explorer north face estate.It is metallic green if anyone could help me get the colour code for that paint that would be great because my bumpers could do with an overhaul.Thank you to anyone who is willing to help.

should be a paint code on the door sticker, on the frame of the drivers door, ,
it should have the paint code,

Welcome to this forum! The sticker is near the driver's door on the US versions. Since the driver sits on the opposite side in the UK, check both doors.
