On the connector that the headlight plugs into, there are 3 places that pins go into. I'm assuming that one is ground, one is power and one is high/low. Does anyone know which is which, or would mind looking on their instructions from their HIDs. Mine have poor instructions.

Did you just get a low beam kit? Should be easy enough for you to figure out. Middle one is ground. You can plug it into the other pins to figure out which is high or which is low. If it works with the first pin and you have the beams on low, then you know that is the low side. I installed a low beam only kit on my Mustang, and my reference was a Focus forum. Yes i got a low only kit. Thanks for the help i'll let you know how it worked

There is a tab on the connectors that i'm guessing is supposed to snap into the connector and hold the wire in, but it doesn't go all the way in and the wires can move in and out of the connector easily. Is this normal?

That is the way it was with mine. I ended up having to tape it a bunch to get it to quit moving. "Plug and Play" my ass. Ha!

well, some of those small Chinese hands don't work as hard. You might have to just replace the whole plug assembly to make sure you get connection.
