Well right now I have HIDs in my Headlights, Fog lights, and Offroad lights and I am wanting to rewire them for the offroad lights. I have them wired now to a relay and then to a switch. I was wanting to wire the relay to the highbeams and then put a switch on the ground or positive wire from the ballest to the bulb. That way when i have the high beams on the ballest is on and if I turn the offroad lights on they will already be warmed up or can I do that? I know how to wire it but dont know if there are any risk of doing such.

Anyone

No, you cant.

Ive never had HID's but i have read they dont like turning on and off rapidly. This is why its very rare to see them used in high beams.
Ive seen posts on different forums with people shying others away from hid use in cars with keyless entry that flash the headlights when you push the buttons,

Yeah I don't use my keyless entry so I don't worry about that and my high beams r in the same bulb so they don't actually turn off and on. I was just wanting to make it so that I can get instant light from the offroad lights.
