My '95 is getting up there in the milage (119,000), and I was going to get a KKM True-Rev induction kit after Christmas, but my high milage began to concern me. I know that performance mods such as a supercharger isn't good on an engine with high miles, but my question is, will the KKM kit harm my engine or make it wear out faster?

Thanks. :D

You should get no harm because of the KKM.

However, if you run the hell out of it because of the increase in power and the neat spund it gives, you might hurt the motor.

Get one and drive normally, you won't regret it.

Good luck....

Thanks aldive. I know you have a SOHC and I have a OHV, but how hard is it to install?

Anyone can install it; it took me about 15 minutes.

The hardest part was figuering out how to remove the stock air box.

Good luck....

I have the OHV to, with 85,000 miles on it when the KKM was put on. Everything was great, still is great. Highly recommend it
