I'm in New Zealand and own a 2003 XLT 4.0 V6. I want to replace the high tension leads, but Ford in NZ no longer stocks them. 
Does anyone know if the GenIII leads are interchangeable with any other Ford?
Can anyone recommend a perfect fit aftermarket part?
This should be a very simple job, I never expected parts availability for a Ford to be any sort of problem at all, but this is becoming a real headache. I can probably get secondhand leads, but that's a last resort and a path I'd much rather not go down.
