Highway problems

Hi all.
I am quite new here, I am Swedish, living in Sweden
I have a 99 explorer v6 soch and it's my first explorer.
I have some problems, when I drive on the highway
And push the kick down and drive hard. Then when I go for
Normal speed (55mph) the engine shocks like it not get petrol
For at 30sec and then it goes normally.
Can any wan help me?

you mean when you take you foot off the gas right of way while going fast?

could be a vacume problem
