How the Hell do ya remove the front door hinges from the body?
Or is this yet another one of FORDS poor designs!?

you unbolt the bolts.....

first gen the bolts to the body, sadly, there is one from the inside out.

I believe the guy that thought up that at Ford has since been fired and is presumed kicked in the scrotum
