Ever since I have had this Explorer, when it got REALLY wet, it would throw a CEL...I think it was a P0060, which is explained as such :
"The vehicle Powertrain Control Module monitors the oxygen sensor heater control circuit current draw. The check engine light will illuminate when the current requirements are too high or too low."
IT eventually went away in a day or two, but now it wont turn off. I've reset the CEL a couple times, always comes back. So far I dont notice any drop in MPG, but I wanna get this fixxed ASAP. I think it's in Bank 2, and is Sensor 2...Anyone know where this is actuallly located? Couldnt find it and I've getting pissed at my beloved truck..I wanna track it down and see if its just a ####ed connection or a bad sensor.
Anyone also know where the fuse is for it? Thanks for all your help
P.S.: Ohh yea, 2005 Explorer XLT with 801xx on the clock and is the 4l V6
