I really need help. I recently just replaced my radiator, thermostat, heater hoses, starter, transmission, alternator, starter, FPR, exhaust system... ect pretty much everything. Everything was fine, I had no more coolant leaks. That is until now!!! Now my truck is leaking coolant once again, but I could not find out where? I thought it was the themostat housing, but it wasn't. I took off the alternator so I could have a futher inspection. Coolant seems to be leaking from front passenger corner of where the intake meets the block. It looks like there is a small hole in the tip of the lower intake (like right where the gasket is) Could this just be a gasket problem??? Or has anyone heard of a lower intake developing a small hole?? If so what on earth would cause this??? The hole is the size of a pencil tip. Does it ever end!!! AHHH!! PLEASE HELP

My dad had the same problem on his '91 ranger. He replaced the lower intake gasket and it fixed the leak.
