home or car speaker wire?

is there a difference in home audio speaker wire and car audio speaker wire? I have a roll of 16 guage speaker wire that says home audio on it. will it make a difference if i use it in my truck?

alright thanks for the help. Its 16 gauge so I think its plenty. I just wasant sure because the roll of regular speaker wire I had said oxygen free and all this other fancy lingo on it.
