homemade brushguard

Has anyone ever built there own brushguard? If so can you post some pics. I want a brushguard but dont want to shell out wads of cash so i want to build one. Thanks !

If Im not mistaken I think SCEXPLORER made his own prerunner style brushgaurd. Try doing a search for him.

i guy i know built a bumper and brush guard for an 88 bronco II. im planning on building a bumper for my 97 sport but im not sure if i want to strengthen up my current brushgaurd.
