Horn Fuse blowing. 2003 Sport Trak

Hello. In have a 2003 Sport trak Explorer and the horn works for a while and then the 15a blue fuse blows. I put it back in and it works for a while. Also when the fuse blows I also loose cruise control. Does anyone know what is causing the fuse to blow.

Sounds like the clockspring. If so, please be VERY careful and take all precautions when working around the airbag. GL

The horn is drawing to much current.

Disconnect the horn for a bit and see if the fuse keeps blowing.
