1996 Mazda B3000 pick up. No cruise control.
The large 20 amp fuse for the horn is blowing as soon as plugged in. Where should I start in tracking down the short. I resently pulled the dash and loweered the column for the heater core replacement. How do I eliminate the clock spring.
Help I need a state inspection before Monday.
