Horn Problems

My horn was working OK, but a couple weeks ago the tone has changed. Could you tell me if there are two devices that make a sound under the hood? I am thinking that one of them as stopped is the reason the tone has changed.

One behind each front turn signal assembly. In front of the wheel well. I'd think they'd be the same tone though.

Number4 is correct. There is two horns.

I can send troubleshooting info and wiring diagrams upon request.

Yea I found it wierd that there are 2 horns, 1 behind each wheel well.
I noticed this when I installed my alarm & went to connect it to my air horns.
