How do I get to the rear subwoofer and amp in the back of a 98 mountaineer??

I am going to put in a new system but I dont know how to get to the speaker......do i take out that whole rear side panel???
 






You need to remove the rear panel to get to it without breaking anything, best to do a search though, it's been discussed a bunch of times.
