Welcome to this forum! I've moved your post into its own thread with a new title. The servo covers have a snap ring holding them in place. You have to compress the cover either with a special Rotunda/OTC tool or a welding Vice Grip.
In addition to what Brooklyn said, sometimes after the snap ring is off you need to feed air pressure into the hole that leads to the servo. That should push it out enough to make the servo cover come off.
