How do I replace a key cylinder on door for 95 ranger and 90 bronco II

I have 2 vehicles that need the key cylinder replaced on all the doors. What tools do I need and any tricks of the trade to get this done efficiently? I was hoping to go to a junk yard and pick off them but do not know which tools are needed.

Welcome to this forum! Remove the inner door panel, cylinder retailer, and the linkage retainer.
