how do i take off the door panels

i am installing new speakers in my explorer. ive done this before in other cars but neevr this one. how exactly do i get off the door panel with out breaking anything.
if possible a step by step guide would help.

They are easy to put back if you buy new little plastic clip things. I seem to destroy those when I pull the panels so I keep a box of them around.

Where did you get new clips from? I bent the hell out of most of mine when I was playing with my window motor.

I buy a box at at time from a local body shop supply house. I just take an old one in and ask for them. They have tons of them in various sizes and kinds for about any vehicle.
