How do I take off the door sill?

I'm not talking about the pop off piece...

The black largely perforated piece that goes over the stock wires? The only time I got a wire through there was by attaching a wire to a coathanger and pulling it through because I don't know how to take it off.

You should be able to just pull up on it and it should pop out.

Pull the carpet up a little and see if there are any screws. But I too think it just pops off.

I used a screwdriver to pop mine open... They're a bit tough to get open sometimes...
