how do you make a really bad key mark look better?

Man that sucks. I hate when people do stupid things like that. My wife's Escort Mysteriously formed a good sized dent in one of the rear doors. I live in a College area so there are alot of stupid people that don't care/notice when they scratch someone's paint or dent up thier doors. That whole responsibility thing hasn't quite kicked in yet for them.

Donner- I'm not trying to sound stupid or anything, but I was wondering how you came up with the Adult/Teen Hypothisis? Is that a common Knowledge thing? I'm just curious. I've never heard of that before. Please explain.

Yes...

both are on the same side, both are wavy, both started up front. one has two little lines for parts of it, then go back to one line. one side, two key marks. think the police could help in this situation?

And take pictures of the scratches too, the authorities will take their own, but just in case you need them.

Yes, by pm...

Its very simple. If the scratch is into the primer, no lotions/creams or gimmicks will work. Your paint s a few mils thick. You have to build up the well. If you don't see metal, the prior advice with the touch-up fill/polish is the best you can do without refinishing the side. it's not a "perfect" match, but solid black will do better than a metallic color. And don't waste money at the detailer, no polishing/buffing can rebuild, it only reduces the mils of the paint next to it & only good if the scratch is not into the primer.
