how do you remove the needles???!!!

ok this question is going out to the persons who took off thier needles to scan them for the custom paper guages....how do you get them off!!! i tried just pulling but i dont want to break anything.....is there a specaial trick? well let me know

I had a special tool that came with my gages. It goes behind and pops them off.

You can just use a common fork... Like the kind you eat with. Once you get them off once you can pull them off using just your fingers.

thanks guys for the info.....i figured out the fork trick this morning on my own...just tried it on the batt guage first cause its not a very important guage
