How Hard Is It To Bolt In Some SN95 Seats In A First Gen Explorer?

I have a cousin that recently totaled his SN95 Body Mustang and i was wondering how difficult it would be to bolt in the seats from the mustang into the explorer because they're basically mint black leather seats and i don't know if whether to buy them because i don't know how difficult of a task it would be to fit them in.
