how hard to change TC shift motor

Just like the title says... how hard is it to replace my TC shift motor? Does it cover it in the Haynes Manual or anywhere? Thanks
 






On my trucks I can change out the tc motor in about 30 min. with common hand tools. This will help, Dead Link Removed LOL
