Hey everyone. It is a very sad day today. My parents have decided to make me sell my truck because it only gets about 11 mpg, and it has alot of problems due to me taking it out on trails and such. My question for you all is; how much do you think I can get out of it, if I sell it myself? Here's some specs:

92 XLT-4x4, Warn manual hubs, Power seats, power window and locks, moonroof, tan leather interior, Indiglo gauges, Pioneer CD player, Rockford 15" sub, 600 watt amp, clear corners, clear tails, billet grill, 3" body lift, 2" Coil spacers, double add-a-leafs, shackles, 32x11.5x15" sport kings, remote start, KKM intake, modified exhaust, 4 KC daylighters, full size spare. 157k on truck, 100k on motor, 10k on rebuilt tranny.
Pics can be seen at:

Thanks,
Andy

I would guess 2 - 3 grand at the most. :( sorry to hear it man

Well, you'll never be able to get as much out of it as what you put into it, which is the worst part about modding a vehicle that you might sell later on down the road (But that still doesn't stop us from doing it :D) From what I can see, I think you'd be able to get about $4000 out of it, MAYBE $5000; Depends on whether the buyers knows about and cares about all the things you've done to it. But it also depends on how many problems it has and how much it's gonna cost the buyer to fix them. Good luck with the sale. Later.

Hate to disagree but Jay is more in the right price range, and ive seen alot of nice explorers around my area goig nfor 2k, and usually unless an offroad buys it, the offroad stuff doesnt matter, and they will want it cheaper, I would say aroudn 2 - 3k, also depends on your Location, prices vary from palce to place, a vehicle that cost 5k here could cost 8k in another state, all depends.... But good luck in the sell....

With 157 on the clock, and being a 92 it probably won't go above 2500. I've seen second gens in my area with 120k for 4000.

D'oh!

Ohhhhhhh.....I saw the 100k on the motor and thought that's how many were on the truck. Yeah definitely with 157k on the odometer you'll prob. only get at the most 3 grand. My bad guys. UNLESS another off roader buys it which is what I saying before. Then you might get 4 grand. Maybe. Actually, chances are it will be an offroader that buys it. I mean, who else would even come to look at it once they hear what all it has done to it? Later.
