How much diff. from 91 to 92

I'm looking at buying one of the repair CD's off ebay that so many are talking about. They don't have one for 91 Explorers only 92 and up. Is there too much of a differance from 91 to 92 for this to be useful to me, or would it be just fine ???

There is very little difference between 91 and 92 models. I can't speak with respect to wiring and such but as far as options specs go, they are very much alike.

The wiring is a bit different, and the seats are slightly different, but the two are close enough you could use the 92 cd for a reference....

Are the seats different in relation to how they mount Crankcase?

I heard that the seats and wiring were the only changes from 91-92, but can`t remember if it was a mounting thing with the seats.

The seats on the 91 have a curved track, to accomodate a hump in the floor. The 92 has flat tracks...the rear seats are the same 91-2001.
