How much lift with AAL?

I've done a search, and there are many references to AAL's, but I haven't been able to find out exactly how much lift you gain from the AAL alone.

Anyone know?

How much does it increase the stiffness of the ride?

They added 1 5/8" to mine. And the truck ride was still present after the install. Not much worse in my opinion (if at all).

What he said ^^^^ But I also added 4 door leaves and firmer Rancho shocks when I did the AAL, so they firmed my ride up pretty good.
