Well so I decided to go ahead and order me some new shocks and I face the question: How much did I lift my truck? Dammit I should have measured it before I done it but too late now. Here's the deal... '98 Explorer XLT 4dr 2wd, 3" body lift, lift shackles in the rear and torsion bars adjusted up front. I'm not asking for any psychic advice here just hoping that someone has a stock height and is willing to measure the fender to Wheel center distance of theirs. I guess if all else fails I can get the shocks for a 2" suspension lift.

Thanks.

Or you can measure the distance between the shock mounts as it sits, then flex it out, measure again, then go onto a site and order the correct length.

if all you did is shackles and tt, you are still with in stock shock range, it may limit your flex down the road, but you can easily run the stock size ones.

Shocks that are made for a 4" lift will give you much more flex;)
