If I lift it 2 inches with the torrsion twist, how much stress is put on the torrsion bars? Will I still be able to tweak the suspension.

A couple of us have been arguing this point for a while now. My standpoint from an engineering background is that the TT puts less stress on the bars during normal driving (It has to do with torque/moment arm equations) and more stress when flexing during off roading because the bar gets twisted farther when the wheel is fully compressed (after a torsion twist). Do a search on TT or Torsion Twist and you should be able to find the thread.

nope only on 95-2001 Explorers and 95 - 2002 Explorer Sports

Is there any other way to level the front without new coils, or coil spacers?

not to raise it up.... unless you want to lower the rear end with a block, it will be slightly lower but it will be level
